Twice we have used Janks Construction to remodel our house.

The first time we updated our kitchen and Janks Construction removed and replaced all the old cabinets, counter top and appliances. The work was carried out with little or no mess to the rest of our house and in a timeous manner, causing us very little inconvenience to our lifestyle.

A year later we updated our bathrooms, again with new fixtures, cabinets, counter top, mosaic and travertine walls and floors. This remodel was carried out by them with the same diligence and care as the first.

We can only recommend Janks Construction for house remodeling and, in fact intend using them again soon on a playroom addition we are presently planning to our second story.

Before / After Kitchen by Janks

Steve Janks and his employees were a pleasure to work with in our remodel of our house. We had unusual ideas & we worked together to get our ideas to become our reality. We would highly recommend this company to anyone !!!!!!!

When I decided to remodel two bedrooms and a master bathroom in my home, I wanted to create a look that was unique yet not unconventional (keeping in mind resale value). To accomplish this goal, I wanted to find a company that would listen to what I wanted and wouldn’t push me toward a particular look just because they were comfortable with that style of construction. Janks’ consultative approach to my project immediately put my mind at ease, and made me feel they were the right choice. Working closely with their designer and project manager, Janks quickly put together a detailed set of plans that included all of my requirements, associated costs and production time line.

Once the project began I found Janks’ employees to be true craftsmen, each performing skillful framing, electrical, plumbing, tiling and flooring work. Every step of the way, Janks kept me informed of their progress, explained my options when questions arose, and made recommendations that best suited the situation (and my budget).

Best of all: the finished product came out looking exactly the way I envisioned. I was so satisfied with the outcome of that project, I hired Janks again recently for another one --- and my recent experience was every bit as good as the first. I wholeheartedly recommend Janks for any project that demands quality. The results will be used and enjoyed every day you’re in your home!
