Ok...so I have always know you were good...and different than the rest of course, but today was impressive! And that is truly an understatement. We weren't really sure of the protocol as we haven't had much done and have so much yet to do. We are beginners in the re-model business essentially. But to have our issue fixed within hours of the email and minutes of being on the phone with Craig is nothing short of miraculous.
