When I decided to remodel two bedrooms and a master bathroom in my home, I wanted to create a look that was unique yet not unconventional (keeping in mind resale value). To accomplish this goal, I wanted to find a company that would listen to what I wanted and wouldn’t push me toward a particular look just because they were comfortable with that style of construction. Janks’ consultative approach to my project immediately put my mind at ease, and made me feel they were the right choice. Working closely with their designer and project manager, Janks quickly put together a detailed set of plans that included all of my requirements, associated costs and production time line.

Once the project began I found Janks’ employees to be true craftsmen, each performing skillful framing, electrical, plumbing, tiling and flooring work. Every step of the way, Janks kept me informed of their progress, explained my options when questions arose, and made recommendations that best suited the situation (and my budget).

Best of all: the finished product came out looking exactly the way I envisioned. I was so satisfied with the outcome of that project, I hired Janks again recently for another one --- and my recent experience was every bit as good as the first. I wholeheartedly recommend Janks for any project that demands quality. The results will be used and enjoyed every day you’re in your home!

Initially we chose Jank's construction because Steve seemed professional, honest, and easy to work with. He listened to our ideas and provided useful recommendations into our kitchen design. In fact, when we changed our minds from purchasing a range to purchasing a cooktop and wall oven, Steve was more than happy to completely rework the kitchen design to improve the work flow in the kitchen.
When the work started we were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of his team. The project started on time and workers showed up when promised and they kept the work area as clean as could be expected during a kitchen remodel. Work progressed on schedule. When a minor problem would arise, Steve, Craig and his team insured that it was resolved to our satisfaction. Lianne, the designer, was very patient and a tremendous help at finding the right materials for our project. We are very happy with our remodeled kitchen.
